From the first call to a workforce that runs itself
One coherent process, run end to end by a single accountable local partner in Suriname.
The bridge
After you sign, the process gets simpler, not harder
Most operators expect a handoff after signature. With AZERRA the opposite happens. Every stage is owned by the same team, in the same country, with the same accountability.
At no point in the journey are you left with an open question. That is the whole point of working with a single accountable local partner.
Deployment steps
Six stages, from the first advisory call to an active deployment
- 01
Advisory call
A 20-30 minute call, informed by a pre-call briefing
Before we meet, you receive a short briefing so the call is spent on your deployment, not on definitions. Timeline, permits, payroll and cost are all on the table.
- 02
Proposal and setup
A tailored proposal within 48 hours
Scope, deliverables and cost, mapped to your rotation or fixed contract. No template, no boilerplate rates.
- 03
Onboarding and documentation
A per-permit checklist, cleared before travel
Every requirement is logged against the specific permit and nationality. Documents are reviewed pre-arrival, so nothing is missing on landing.
- 04
Immigration and authorization
MKV entry visa, residency permit, work permit, in sequence
The MKV entry visa is filed and confirmed while the candidate is still at home. The residency permit is a manual process in Suriname, so we follow up in person at the ministry until it is issued, and the work permit is filed once residency is granted. Filed in the correct order, so nothing overlaps and no status is ambiguous.
- 05
Arrival and settlement
Housing, school, banking, 24/7 hotline live
Housing, school search and placement support, banking setup and a 24/7 hotline are coordinated ahead of arrival, so settlement is not a second project.
- 06
Active deployment
Payroll, compliance and full visibility
Payroll runs on time in USD or SRD, compliance stays current, and you have live visibility on your workforce. One accountable local partner, one dashboard.
One process
Two service lines, one process
The same process carries both service lines. For locally hired staff, the immigration step simply falls away. Everything else, from cost simulation to compliant payroll, runs exactly the same.
Visibility
What you see along the way
You do not have to ask where things stand. Cost simulations, document and permit status, and payroll records are all visible in AZERRA Connect while the process runs.

Not sure which structure fits your deployment?
We will help you identify the right model based on your client relationship, employment structure, headcount, and operational responsibilities.
Before we start
What we need from you

Who you deploy
Roles, nationalities, and whether family members are travelling along. That determines the permit route.
Where they come from
Nationality and country of departure set the entry requirements and the document list for each individual.
When they start
Target mobilization date and rotation pattern. Immigration processing commonly runs around seven to eight months, so the start date drives the plan.
Next step
Let's map what your deployment requires
Book a 20-30 minute advisory call with AZERRA. We will review your headcount, nationalities, roles, rotation patterns and target start dates, then outline the employment, immigration, payroll and mobilization considerations for your deployment.
