4. Itinerary (to and from Suriname)

5. Hotel reservation/ housing registration

6. Original Birth Certificate (translated in Dutch or English, legalized with Apostille)

7. Single Status (translated in Dutch or English, legalized with Apostille)

8. Marriage Certificate (translated in Dutch or English, legalized with Apostille)

9. Last updated medical report not older than 2 months (in Dutch or English)

10. Diplomas and certificates (translated in Dutch or English, legalized with Apostille)

11. Police Clearance (translated in Dutch or English, legalized with Apostille)

12. Travel Insurance/Health Insurance (Henner Certificate / HennerPass)

13. Curriculum Vitae (translated in Dutch or English)

14. Job description and requirements

15. Reference letter from previous employer (Employer’s Certificate stating an estimated salary earned monthly)

Note:

(Scans of) Original (legalized) versions of the following documents will be required

1. Birth certificate (with legalization)

2. Certificate of “good conduct” (from the Police department, with legalization).

3. Recent Medical Report or Health certificate (not older than 2 months)

4. Diploma or skills certificate (for the position to be fulfilled)

5. Marriage certificate (with legalization)
